CYMERA_20140614_151818This is my new favorite little snack and I’ve actually gotten everyone addicted at work.

It is so easy, healthy, and delicious.


  • Chia Seeds
  • Coconut Milk- I use Flax Seed Milk
  • 1 packet of Truvia

In a cup, put a tablespoon or two of Chia Seeds. The more Chia Seeds you put in, the thicker it is, so it depends on the consistency you want. You’ll want to play around with the amounts until you get what you like.

Mix the packet of sugar with the Chia Seeds. Then pour the milk and mix it all together.

Stick it in the fridge overnight and you have a snack to take to work.
